I had an amazing time! the animation team, especially snoopy and alex. They made everything 10x better! the food was AMAZING!!! there was lots of variety every day, and i always found something delicious.
the gym could use a few more updated machines, but it's a very minor thing.

the reception staff offered a very warm welcome! the restaurant assistant, hossam kamel, provided really good service and ensured all needs were met! i really appreciated the attentive service .

main meals and poolside snacks were very delicious and satisfying! the restaurant provides a lot of variety in food, ensuring there is something for everyone. breakfast had a wide array of choices and very delicious options.

the hotel provides a convenient shuttle service to the beach! the drive only takes a few minutes. the beach is well prepared and maintained to use.

there are two pools available, including a separate pool for adults only! the main pool has plenty of sun loungers for relaxation. the pools are very clean and well-kept.
